What to write about
A tool gave the wrong result
The most useful bug reports name the tool, the browser you used, and what you expected instead. Please do not attach the file itself — describe it (format, rough size, where it came from) and we can usually reproduce it from that.
Request a tool
Tell us the task in your own words rather than the tool name. Knowing what you were actually trying to do often points to a better tool than the one being asked for.

Privacy questions
Anything about what the site does or does not collect. We are happy to explain any part of it in detail.
One thing we cannot help with
We cannot recover a file you have already processed. Because Toolbench never receives your files, there is no copy on our side to retrieve — the same property that makes the site private also means there is no undo once you have replaced an original. Keep a backup before running anything irreversible.
